We created this tape art mural for adidas. It is a product artwork of the new running shoe called PURE BOOST X. Because we did this for the global launch campaign of this shoe, we combined tape art and video mapping to present the product.

THE IDEA: RUNNING SHOE MEETS LIGHT
For the global launch of the "Pure Boost X" running shoe by Adidas, we created a multimedia art project at the Berlin Run Base. Instead of relying on traditional wall design using paint, we combined our raw adhesive tape art craftsmanship with digital projection. We analyzed the aerodynamics of the shoe and tape that fast-paced energy right onto the surface. The result is a dynamic mural that perfectly captures the motion of running.
THE DESIGN: BLACK AND PINK
On a 4x3 meter canvas, we constructed the silhouette and dynamic lines of the shoe. We used black and pink duct tape to build an immersive installation. This analog wall art formed the perfect, sharp-edged foundation for our mapping. As a Tape Art Crew, we stay true to our core: everything is applied by hand, nothing is painted - genuine DIY spirit setting new standards in a professional environment.
THE TECHNIQUE: TAPE MAPPING
This is where analog urban art meets digital innovation. Using precise video mapping, we brought the sneaker to life. Pulses of light traveled exactly along the tape lines, simulating speed, power, and movement. We took the concept of momentum and taped that structure to serve as the ultimate canvas for the projection. This fusion of light and indoor street art transforms a static surface into a pulsating brand experience.

Für den globalen Launch des "Pure Boost X" Laufschuhs von Adidas haben wir in der Berliner Run Base ein multimediales Kunstprojekt erschaffen. Anstatt auf klassische Wandgestaltung mit Farbe zu setzen, kombinierten wir unser rohes Handwerk der Klebeband Kunst mit digitaler Projektion. Das Ergebnis ist ein dynamisches Wandbild, das die Energie und Schnelligkeit des Laufens perfekt einfängt.
DAS DESIGN: SCHWARZ UND PINK
Auf einer Fläche von 4x3 Metern konstruierten wir die Silhouette und die fließenden Linien des Schuhs. Wir nutzten schwarzes und pinkes Gewebeband, um eine raumgreifende Installation zu bauen. Dieses analoge Wanddesign bildete die perfekte, scharfkantige Grundlage für unser Mapping. Als Tape Art Crew bleiben wir dabei unserer Linie konsequent treu: Alles wird per Hand geklebt, nichts wird gemalt – ein echter DIY-Spirit, der im professionellen Rahmen neue Maßstäbe setzt.

Lichtpulse wanderten exakt entlang der geklebten Linien und simulierten Bewegung, Kraft und Geschwindigkeit. Diese Verschmelzung von Licht und Street Art verwandelt eine statische Fläche in eine pulsierende, unvergessliche Markenwelt.
