The challenge was to dissolve the boundaries between two disciplines: the precise geometry of tape art meeting the organic flow of graffiti. The goal was wall art that not only combines two techniques but also makes an emotional statement. The piece needed to embody "ATTITUDE"—strength, confidence, and urban pride.
"Fusion of Lines & Spray", RØB from TAPE OVER, in collaboration with the painter & graffiti limalima, developed a portrait that thrives on mixed media. The photorealistic face (sprayed) forms the emotional core, while the tape structures (taped) give the character design a modern, graphic frame. It is a deliberate fusion where graffiti style provides softness and the tape provides sharpness. We recognized the raw emotion in the spray paint and taped that structure right over it to create tension.
On the 7x3 meter surface, a complex interplay of materials emerged. While the spray can created soft transitions and shading in the face, the artists used duct tape to set hard, geometric accents. The xxpression of the portrayed deer is amplified by the high contrast lines. The differing texture of paint and adhesive tape creates a tactile depth. We took the loose energy of the spray and taped that into a defined form.
The outcome was a powerful piece of urban aesthetics proving that opposites attract. "ATTITUDE" is more than an image; it is a dialogue between two street art cultures on one wall.

Ziel war eine Wandgestaltung, die Natur und Stadt verbindet. Das Werk sollte „ATTITUDE“ verkörpern – den Stolz und die erhabene Präsenz eines Hirsches inmitten des urbanen Raums.
RØb von TAPE OVER entwickelte gemeinsam mit dem Graffiti-Künstlerin limalima ein Tierportrait, das durch den Stilmix lebt. Der fotorealistisch gesprühte Kopf des Hirsches bildet den emotionalen Kern, während das Geweih und die Umgebungsformen aus Tape eine moderne, grafische Struktur schaffen. Es ist eine bewusste Fusion, bei der die Graffiti-Elemente für die Weichheit des Fells und die Tapes für die Härte der geometrischen Abstraktion sorgen.
Auf der 7x3 Meter großen Fläche entstand eine komplexe Mischtechnik. Während die Sprühdose für weiche Übergänge und Lebendigkeit im Gesicht des Tieres sorgte, setzten die Künstler mit Duct Tape scharfe, polygonale Akzente. Die Ausdrucksstärke des Hirsches wird durch den Kontrast der Materialien verstärkt. Die unterschiedliche Haptik von Farbe und Klebeband erzeugt eine Spannung, die das klassische Naturmotiv modern interpretiert.
Das Ergebnis war ein kraftvolles Stück Urban Art, das beweist, wie gut sich vermeintliche Gegensätze anziehen. Der Hirsch steht als „Platzhirsch“ an der Wand und behauptet seinen Raum mit stiller Dominanz.
