Crystals are truly magical. Formed undergroundover thousands of years, only one day to be exposed and for all their naturalbeauty to flourish. With this in mind, we decided to make some of our own aslive performance at Faqra Street Circus Festival 2014 in Beirut, Lebanon.

In this tape art installation, aptly named“Crystal”, we worked with ONDÉ - a visual artist duo from France to create afusion of two urban art styles, combining tape art and video mapping.

The flying magical crystals were created on awhite canvas 2m high and 4m wide with black, blue, orange and pink tape.

Our 3D tape mapping installation was createdas a live tapeart mural during the daytime, and by night the crystals werebought to life containing all the awe inspiring colors of a real crystal, suspended in mid-air.
